Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow these steps:

Exchange Process:

  1. Select the item you want to exchange in your orders page.
  2. Choose the replacement product and size/color if applicable.
  3. Confirm the exchange request and schedule pickup.
  4. Send the original item back to us.
  5. Once received, the new item will be shipped to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
